Jean Purcell

Jean Purcell was a member of Baltimore, Maryland, First Church of the Nazarene. Her husband James N. Purcell, Jr. worked for the United States Government and helped to develop the Bureau of Refugee Programs which he directed from 1982-1986. He also served as Director General for the International Organization for Migration in Geneva, Switzerland.
